How often we use prayer as the "last resort" rather than the first thing we do when we come into a time of trouble or concerns burden our hearts. We all know the power of prayer, but too often we try to rely on our own power rather than God's power to bring us through tough times. And sometimes we forget to praise God for His comfort, healing and victories as He answers our prayers. We are interested in starting a prayer chain via e-mail for the Lansing Area Emmaus Community.
